How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Thursdayguilty Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Thursdayguilty Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Thursdayguilty Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@thursdayguilty.living. Include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you want us to do
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
