About Thursdayguilty Septic and How Referrals Work

What Thursdayguilty Septic is

Thursdayguilty Septic is a referral service. It connects homeowners with independent local septic and sewer providers. That is all it does.

It does not pump tanks. It does not dig or fix pipes. Providers in our network do that work.

Why it exists

Septic and sewer trouble feels urgent and confusing. Most owners do not know who to call. They lose time searching while the problem grows.

Thursdayguilty Septic cuts that search down. The aim is simple: protect the home. A small leak or a full tank costs less than a flooded basement or a failed drainfield. Fix it small.

How matching works

You tell us what you see. Slow drains, a smell, a wet patch, a backup. You also share where you live in Aurora or the Aurora area.

That request goes to a provider in our network who serves your area. The provider contacts you, asks questions and explains the next step. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies by provider and by the day.

What providers are expected to do

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

  • Explain the problem in plain words
  • Give a written estimate before work begins
  • Hold the licenses or permits that local rules require
  • Treat your property with care

You should still check these things yourself. Ask. Get answers in writing.

What Thursdayguilty Septic does not do

It does not perform repairs. It does not set prices. It does not promise a result, a schedule or an insurance outcome.

It also does not replace your own judgment. You pick the provider. You approve the work.

Insurance and your policy

Some policies may cover sudden damage. Others do not. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How Thursdayguilty Septic is paid

Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner request is passed to them. You pay the provider directly for the work you approve. Sending a request through Thursdayguilty Septic carries no obligation.

Protect the home

A septic tank or sewer line sits out of sight. Problems stay quiet until they are big. Regular septic tank pumping, quick checks and honest estimates keep the system healthy. That protects the house, the yard and the resale value.
